Welcome to the home page of the Flüchtlingshilfe-Nordstadt refugee aid organisation.

The organisation was founded in November 2015 with the aim of helping refugees who are temporarily staying in Wuppertal or are resident here. Everything our organisation does is based on trust, mutual respect and esteem between you as refugees and us as supporters.
We aim to try and help you with your questions and your needs, so that in the long term you'll be able to get your bearings in this country and in our society.

We know many people and organisations which we can put you in touch with if:

• you are in need of legal advice
• you are looking for training, an apprenticeship or an internship
• you need clothing or furniture
• you want to know where to get food cheaply
• you are looking for accommodation
• you are looking for language or integration courses
• you need something translated
• you want to know where your children will be well looked after
• you are looking for sports or other leisure activities
• you are ill
• you need someone to accompany you whilst you are looking for these things
